Lumi Bridge AI is the trading name of Lin Qu, a sole trader based in Bournemouth, UK. Lin Qu is the data controller for any personal information you share with us. Contact: lin@lumibridge.co.uk.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. We only collect personal information you choose to send us, for example when you email us to ask about a programme or register interest in a course. This may include your name, email address, school or organisation, and anything else you include in your message.
Our lawful basis is your consent or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and, where we deliver a service, the performance of a contract.
We do not sell your information. We only share it with service providers that help us run our business (such as our email provider), or with programme partners where this is needed to deliver something you have signed up for and you have been told in advance.
We keep enquiry emails for up to two years, unless we have an ongoing working relationship with you.
If you take part in one of our paid AI data projects, such as speech recording or transcription, this section explains how we handle your data. Each project also comes with its own information sheet and consent form, which tells you exactly what will be collected and who it is for.
Our lawful basis is your consent and the contract between you and us for the project.
Any voice recordings or data created by students during our workshops are used only for the learning activity in that session and deleted afterwards. They are never used for commercial projects.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email lin@lumibridge.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
